Built by the Community
For the Community
Our goal has been clear: to deliver primary healthcare that is accessible, continuous, and safe. We began with the basics. A small home building. Limited supplies. A community full of hope.
Over 12 years time, we grew slowly.
Today, we operate in the heart of Maper community, serving people from all walks of life—day and night. We have a dedicated team. And most importantly, a deep bond with our community.

Turning Struggles into Solutions
Delivering primary care in this part of South Sudan is a serious challenge. Logistics are complex. Costs keep compounding.
And yet— step by step, we’re working to make healthcare not only accessible, but sustainable.
Our goal is big: a self-sustaining clinic that meets international standards in quality of care, led by the people it serves. In a place where healthcare is scarce, even small steps are meaningful.

We are more than just a community clinic
It’s a resilient social business model
Why this matters?
Locally Led, Community Driven
With the integration of essential services — clinic, pharmacy, and lab — there’s potential for partial cost recovery and financial sustainability. This reduces dependency on aid and creates opportunities for long-term investment, especially in areas with high unmet demand.
Social return and stability
Stronger communities mean less migration, better education outcomes, and more inclusive economic development. It boosts school attendance, reduces maternal and infant mortality, and improves trust in local governance.
Market creation and innovation
A functioning clinic opens the door for introducing digital health tools, diagnostics, clean energy systems, and health financing products (e.g., community-based insurance). Each of these creates a market in previously neglected areas.
Unlocking Human Capital
Every dollar invested in primary care reduces the long-term burden on families and the health system. A community clinic is a local economic engine. It creates direct employment for clinical and non-clinical staff, and indirect income for supply chains, transport providers, food vendors, and others.
